Why It’s Good For You:

What You Will Need:

-2 inch piece of raw ginger

-4 cups of water

-lemon/lime juice (optional)

 

How To Make:

Peel and thinly slice the ginger. The thinner the slices the more flavourful your tea will be.

Boil the ginger in water for 10-15 minutes. For stronger tea boil for 20 minutes or longer, and add more ginger.

Remove from heat, strain, and add lemon/lime juice (optional).

*note: if using for aid or relief from sickness, sweeteners are not recommended such as: honey, sugar, agave nectar, creams etc.
